I need the GDI+ libraries for Windows 2000

To reduce the size of the package considering the small percentage of Windows 2000 systems, the GDI+ libraries are no longer included in the installer.

Please download them from Microsoft Downloads and make sure you copy the gdiplus.dll into Windows' System32 folder (\WinNT\System32).
