Setup package is detected as virus/trojan!

Solution We use InnoSetup (http://www.innosetup.com), which is a very popular open-source Windows installer not only with thousands of programs but also malware. Yes, it's that good.

Unfortunately some anti-virus vendors regularly detect the setup of the virus rather than the virus itself thus all programs created by the installer are marked as "bad".

You can check out the newsgroups/forums of the installer, for example:

http://news.jrsoftware.org/read/article.php?id=83827&group=jrsoftware.innosetup#83827

Please report it to your anti-virus vendor as a false positive.

All Sandra setups are digitally signed with our digital key (right-click file, choose Properties/Digital Signature) thus you can verify their authenticity.

We are migrating to an MSI setup, until then we will have to live with this. Thank you for your understanding!
